I hired Sundance Energy Services to clean my gas fireplaces and in the process, we discovered a need to replace some parts in one of my gas fireplaces. Jordan came out to do the work and was extremely courteous and professional. With the recent supply chain problems, it took longer than expected to get the right parts, but Jordan and Sundance were on top of it every step of the way - keeping me informed and when it arrived, he returned promptly to install it. I was super happy with his work, now the fireplace is working like new! When he returned to install the parts, I asked if he was able to fit in my annual furnace servicing and filter change - and he did. The rate for that was extremely fair. Gas fireplace repairs for 2 units. Excellent!!! Immediately had an idea of the problem, was spot on. Both fireplaces cleaned, switches repaired as well as blowers corrected, now working perfectly.
